支气管哮喘是最常见的慢性疾病之一,全球哮喘倡议指南(Guidelines for the Global Asthma Initiative, GINA)将其定义为一种异质性疾病,以慢性气道炎症和气道高反应性为主要特点,并伴有不同程度的气流受限反复发作[1,2],其作为全球常见多发病,患病率不断上升,WHO估计,全世界有2.35~2.5亿人受到哮喘的影响[3,4]。尽管药物治疗取得了进展,但哮喘控制不力导致了大量患者就诊和住院,并降低了生活质量。有氧运动被证实对健康人群会产生实质性的益处[5],规律的有氧运动可以提高患者的心肺功能[5,6]但对于哮喘患者而言,常常会引起哮喘症状发作,因此许多患者会对运动产生抗拒。本文分析有氧运动对成人哮喘的肺功能、生活质量以及哮喘控制的影响,报道如下。
