Abstract:
Objective Discusses the effect of Fast-Track Surgery Concept application inperioperative nursing patients with Single-Hole thoracoscope lung resection.
Method 124 cases of single-hole thoracoscope lung resection patients, on the basis of different nursing methods were randomly divided into observation group (FTS) and the control group (n=62). The control perioperative by routine nursing care and observation group (FTS) with Fast-Track Surgery nursing measures. Records and compare the two sets of the tube time of the thoracic cavity closed drainage tube, the recovery time of bowel sounds and hospital stay. Also records and compares the postoperative 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h time node degree of pain (VAS). Comparison of 2 d and 5 d after resting SaO2.
Results Observation group the tube time of the thoracic cavity closed drainage tube, the recovery time of bowel sounds and hospital stay is less than the control group (P<0.05). The 4 h, 24 h, 48 h time node degree of pain (VAS) is lower than the control group (P<0.05). 2 d resting SaO2 observation group is higher than the control group (P<0.05), but the 5 d with the control group compared with no difference (P>0.05).
Conclusion Fast-Track Surgery concept for single-hole thoracoscope lung resection has good clinical effect. It can speed up the patients with postoperative recovery and reduce postoperative pain, shorter hospital stay and it worthy of clinical popularization and application.
