肺癌根治术后患者生活质量纵向变化轨迹及影响因素

目的

分析肺癌根治术后患者生活质量纵向变化轨迹及其影响因素。

方法

选择2018年1月至2021年2月我院进行手术的67例肺癌患者为对象,采用欧洲癌症研究和治疗协作组生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分评估术后1个月、3个月、6个月生活质量,并采用重复方差测量分析评估术后6个月内生活质量动态变化情况,同时收集社会人口学资料和临床特征资料,采用多元线性回归模型筛选术后6个月内生活质量动态变化的影响因素。

结果

术后6个月,除认知功能外,所有患者生理、社会、角色、情绪及整体生活质量评分均提升(P<0.05);术后1个月,吸烟情况和手术范围为生活质量的影响因素(相关系数R=0.485,决定系数R2=0.114);术后第3个月,辅助治疗、抑郁为生活质量的影响因素(相关系数R=0.376,决定系数R2=0.141);术后第6个月,辅助治疗为生活质量的影响因素(R=0.461,决定系数R2=0.212)。

结论

肺癌患者根治术后生活质量呈现动态变化趋势,吸烟、手术范围、辅助治疗、抑郁显著影响,根据术后不同时期肺癌患者生活质量特点及影响因素,采取个性化干预措施,可提高患者生活质量。
