氧疗是挽救临床呼吸衰竭患者不可或缺的重要手段,从常规氧疗到高流量氧疗、人工气道经历多年的复杂发展历程。 高流量氧疗技术具有呼吸末正压、死腔冲刷效应和精准控氧等多重生理机制优势在现临床受到青睐,随着临床对该氧疗技术及其应用方案的优化,其适应范围获得较大的拓展,尤其是在低氧性呼吸衰竭中的应用优势并不逊色于无创通气技术。 为了进一步探讨临床对高流量氧疗的应用优势和局限,本文对近年来的相关研究成果进行归纳整理,以指导该项技术在临床的合理应用。
